Pre-emptive and Preventive Maintenance

The ITeam provides both pre-emptive maintenance and preventive maintenance. Pre-emptive maintenance is handled thru remote monitoring of critical system resources and alerting the technician and our Client of potential problems with limitations or shortage of resources. This can also be accomplished by having the System Engineer visit the site to regularly check resources. Preventive maintenance is accomplished thru regular visits to keep the systems in good working order with current recommended fixes and updates.
