  2. Pre-emptive Service - The ITeam, under an agreement that has us visit your site on a pre-determined basis, provides preventive maintenace and operating environment support. Service

  3. Remedial Service - Often known as “break-fix” our systems engineers are dispatched when you alert us to a problem. As this is done on a best effort basis, we can’t commit to a specific response time. Service

  4. Project Services - Our Clients occasionally have the need of a team to accomplish projects such as system or departmental moves, mass upgrades or pre-scheduled and custom services. Service
