Our Story

The ITeam (the service and product division of MSI) is a privately owned Canadian IT Services Provider serving the Alberta market since 1981. We are a Calgary based company known for delivering quality results.

As an IT Support Provider, we believe that our fundamental role is to manage the technology risk on behalf of our Clients. Therefore, we must be able to assess and advise our Clients on their information systems plans and assist them in making well-advised technology decisions. We must also “Be There” with our Clients to ensure that the technology risks are managed through the whole life cycle of the Client’s investment.

MSI provides services to our customers by providing a customized approach to solving business integration problems and by being committed to total quality. Our MSI team of employees have been involved in hundreds of successful open systems technology implementations followed by on-going support.

Our technical expertise with open systems includes strategic planning and consulting, project planning for the detailed design and implementation of open systems projects and on-going support. MSI has core competence in Microsoft Networking Solutions (Microsoft Gold Partner), Novell, Linux, ODBC/SQL compliant database application development, Hewlett Packard and Sun Microsystems UNIX systems/solutions and DOS/Windows based computer solutions. MSI complements these areas with professional project management which enables us to effectively provide Information Services on both a project and an on-going support basis.
